Fees and payment

Published in full and reviewed each January. The price quoted in your written plan is fixed for ninety days.

Payment plans

Over $700, six or twelve months at 0%. Over $5,500, up to twenty-four months at 4.9% APR. Arranged at reception before treatment starts, no credit broker involved.

Insurance

We are not on any insurer's panel. We give you an itemised receipt with treatment codes, which every major insurer here accepts for reimbursement. You pay us and claim it back.

Estimates

Every plan over $300 comes as a written itemised estimate, valid ninety days. If we find something mid-treatment that changes the price, we stop and ask you first.

Missed appointments

We ask for 48 hours notice to change or cancel. Less than that, or not turning up, is charged at $45 for a check-up slot and $115 for anything longer. We waive it the first time, and in any genuine emergency, but a surgery sitting empty costs the practice either way.

We send a reminder by SMS three days before and again the morning of. Tell reception if you would rather have email or nothing at all.
