Pulsegrid / Customers

Customers

Seven hundred and forty organisations, from three host side projects to four thousand host estates. A few have let us describe their setup.

Example commerce team

Logistics, 340 hosts, eu-central.

Moved from a usage-priced vendor after a single incident produced a bill 6 times the usual month. Same estate, same data volume, now a fixed line item. Kept the old system for three months in parallel before switching off.

Example platform team

Payments, 1,180 hosts, us-east and eu-west.

Two regions with strict data residency, so two separate organisations rather than one. Uses the Terraform provider so that every alert rule is in the same repository as the service it watches.

Example media team

Retail, 90 hosts.

Runs entirely on the deploy timeline. Their rule is that no incident review starts without it on screen.

Example operations team

Healthcare, 210 hosts, self-hosted.

Runs the whole stack in their own VPC under the source-available licence, with no connection back to us at all. They take agent releases on their own schedule, typically a month behind, and we have never seen a byte of their data.
