We receive no referral commission from any lawyer, surveyor, broker or removal firm. Where we recommend somebody, that is the whole of the reason.
Worked example
A house sold at $2,850,000 on a sole agency at 1.4%.
- Commission: $39,900
- Plus tax at the prevailing rate
- Photography, floor plan and advertising: nothing
- Total payable, on completion only: $39,900 plus tax
If the sale falls through at any point, you owe nothing and we have absorbed the marketing cost. That is the arrangement, and it is why we are selective about which properties we take on.
