Registration is free and takes a phone call. Registered buyers hear about new instructions two to three days before anything is advertised.

Ring or fill in the form. We want to know the budget, the areas, the number of bedrooms, and the one thing you will not compromise on.
Get called first
New instructions go to matched registered buyers before they are advertised. About a third of our sales happen in that window.
View properly
Viewings are accompanied and unrushed, typically forty minutes. Second viewings are encouraged and we will meet you there at a different time of day.
Offer
We put every offer to the seller in writing, with your position and timescale. We will tell you honestly where you stand against other interest.

We are supervised for anti money laundering purposes and cannot proceed to exchange without identity checks. This is not optional and no agent who tells you otherwise is doing it properly.
Questions buyers ask
No. We are paid by the seller. If an agent asks you for a registration fee or a finder's fee as a buyer, that is worth questioning.
Of course, and we will put it forward without editorialising. Whether it is sensible depends on how long the property has been on and what else is competing. Ask us and we will tell you what we actually think.
On anything older than about fifteen years, or anything with a flat roof, a basement or a swimming pool, yes. A survey costs a few hundred dollars on a purchase worth millions. We take no commission from any surveyor.
You renegotiate or you walk. Both are normal. We will pass on the report's findings to the seller and try to get to a number that works, but nobody is obliged to agree.
Regularly. We do video viewings, send full measured plans, and can arrange for a surveyor or an architect to attend on your behalf. Identity checks take longer from abroad, so start them early.
