Getting to the office
Parking
Two visitor spaces in front of the building, otherwise the street is unrestricted. The lane behind is residents only and enforced.
Accessibility
Ground floor office with level access from the pavement and an accessible toilet. If a property viewing has access requirements, tell us and we will check the property in advance.
Complaints
In writing to the director at the office address. Acknowledged in three working days, full reply within fifteen. Unresolved complaints can be escalated to an independent property ombudsman scheme.
