Old Town · Since 2019
Mediterranean kitchen and wine room. Forty-two covers, one charcoal grill, and a list of about ninety bottles.
Tue to Sun from 18:00
The restaurant
Nocturne opened in November 2019 in what was a commercial printworks until 1998. The press beds are still set into the floor of the bar, which is why the stools are bolted where they are.
There are forty-two covers upstairs, fourteen at the bar, and sixteen in the room downstairs. The kitchen runs on charcoal and a wood oven, with two induction rings for sauces and nothing else.
The menu changes every three or four weeks. What moves it is the fish market at Ibrahim Hyderi and two growers in Thatta, so some things come off with no notice.
